Catfish Fillets Broiled Catfish Steak - This zippy broiled catfish steak recipe, is as delicious as it is easy. The steaks are smothered in a tasty tomato sauce mixture, that accents the tender meat perfectly! Yet another quick and easy steak recipe we call a Must Try.

Ingredients to make Broiled Catfish Steak

16 ounces Catfish Steaks
1/4 cup Tomato Sauce
1/4 cup Vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
3/4 teaspoon Fresh Dill — minced
1/8 teaspoon Paprika
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
Vegetable Cooking Spray
Lemon Slices
Fresh Dill Sprigs

Directions to make Broiled Catfish Steak

Step 1:

Rinse catfish steaks under cold, running water; pat dry and set aside. Combine tomato sauce and next 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.

Step 2:

Brush half of mixture over 1 side of steaks. Coat rack of a broiler pan with cooking spray. Place steaks on rack; broil 4-5\” from heat, 5-10 minutes, depending on thickness of steak. Carefully turn fish over; brush with remaining tomato mixture. Broil an additional 6 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
